Job Summary:

As a caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance and care to clients in their homes, ensuring their daily needs are met with respect and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Care Assistance:

• Support clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

1. Meal Preparation and Nutrition:

• Plan and prepare meals based on dietary restrictions and preferences.

1. Medication Reminders:

• Assist clients in following their medication schedules as directed by healthcare professionals.

1. Companionship:

• Foster meaningful connections by engaging clients in conversations and activities.

1. Light Housekeeping:

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry and basic household tasks.

1. Transportation Assistance:

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings as needed.

1. Monitor and Report:

• Observe clients’ health and report any changes to supervisors or family members.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

1. Skills:

• Compassion, patience, and strong communication abilities.

1. Certifications:

• First Aid, CPR, or relevant caregiving certifications are a plus.

1. Availability:

• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.

1. Transportation:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
